These are some of the simplest cookies I’ve ever made, and I’ve made my fair share of no bakes, rice krispies treats, and pre-made sugar cookies in my lifetime. 🙂 Powdered sugar coating a pie crust, coating a hershey kiss. Poppable, adorable, fan favorites to bring to any cookie swap!

Ingredients
1 pre-made pie crust, thawed
Roughly 15 chocolate kisses
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Place pie crust on lightly floured surface. Using a pizza wheel, slice into about 16 sections (about 2-inch squares). You may need to smoosh two pieces together to create a square since the crust is shaped like a circle.
Place one chocolate kiss in the center of each section. Using your fingers, seal the dough at the top to fully contain the kiss. Pat smooth and flatten slightly into a mound.
Place mount on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining crust sections.
Bake about 15-17 minutes, or until crust is done. Bottoms will be lightly golden brown and tops will remain fairly light.
Allow puffs to cool on cookie sheet for 15 minutes. Dredge each puff liberally in confectioners’ sugar and serve!
