4th of July Tablescape

I’m such a sucker for a gorgeous tablescape.  Pre-Pinterest, I was the girl that was ripping out pictures from HGTV Mag, Better Homes and Gardens, and every Southern Living I could get my hands on, and my “Diningroom” section of the binder that I kept all these ideas was always the largest section.  I would oogle over all the beautifully staged and flawlessly perfect place settings, the tables flooded with beautiful dishes and flower arrangements that would add the perfect touch of color.  It always made me want to jump through the photos, have a cocktail, and sit for hours laughing with friends.

Each change of season, each holiday, or just every Tuesday, I try to add little touches to our dining table to make it a welcoming place where our family can gather and laugh together while we eat.  With the 4th right around the corner, I found some adorable pieces to add to our outdoor table.  A little Americana, a little color, and a whole lot of space to fill our plates with our favorite BBQ. 🙂
