These are some of the simplest cookies I’ve ever made, and I’ve made my fair share of no bakes, rice krispies treats, and pre-made sugar cookies in my lifetime. š Powdered sugar coating a pie crust, coating a hershey kiss.Ā Poppable, adorable, fan favorites to bring to any cookie swap!

Ingredients
1 pre-made pie crust, thawed
Roughly 15 chocolate kisses
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Ā Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Place pie crust on lightly floured surface. Using a pizza wheel, slice into about 16 sections (about 2-inch squares).Ā You may need to smoosh two pieces together to create a square since the crust is shaped like a circle.
Place one chocolate kiss in the center of each section.Ā Using your fingers, seal the dough at the top to fully contain the kiss.Ā Pat smooth and flatten slightly into a mound.
Place mount on prepared baking sheet.Ā Repeat with remaining crust sections.
Bake about 15-17 minutes, or until crust is done.Ā Bottoms will be lightly golden brown and tops will remain fairly light.Ā Ā
Allow puffs to cool on cookie sheet for 15 minutes.Ā Dredge each puff liberally in confectioners’ sugar and serve!
