It’s that time again! Time for me to sit my happy little fall self down and plan out meals for the month of October. I’m feeling all sorts of soups, chilis, and simple comfort foods to kick off the fall season the very best way…through my belly. 🙂
If you’re new here, at the close of each month, I sit down and meal plan the entire next month of dinners for my family. A time of writing out what we have going on, busy days and laid back ones, and then plot and plan my way through the month. Need a little help getting started? Check out my How I Monthly Meal Plan post for my best tips and tricks to get yourself going. I promise, it’s so very worth it. I save myself so much time and stress every single week, stewing over a meal plan and a grocery list. I dreaded my Sunday’s for that very reason. Now it’s one naptime at the the end of the month and I’m ready to take on October!
So here’s what I found on Pinterest that I’m excited to make this month…
Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells
Crock Pot Fall Off the Bone Ribs
Don’t these just scream college football Saturday’s?!
Speaking of game day foods…
I want these on my table every weekend while I watch football games!

Instant Pot Honey Sesame Chicken

Crock Pot Chicken and Stuffing
Comfort food to it’s core…

I could truly have this year round. It’s so rich and delicious!

And just for the fun of all things Halloween, I’m excited to start making some adorable Halloween treats for the kids (and me…more accurately, me.)
Halloween Chex Mix Muddy Buddies

Here’s to chilly days and warm meals. Happy October Meal Planning!
